Having received feedback from our guests on the Seychelles – Johannesburg sector, the breakfast service has been upgraded to brunch. Guests travelling on that route in Business Class can now choose from a selection of poached eggs, vegetable quiche or French toast whilst in Economy Class guests will be offered cheesy scrambled eggs, vegetable frittata and American pancakes. The menus have been designed by a team of skilled local chefs at SkyChef Servair, the leading catering business in Seychelles, in consultation with Air Seychelles catering team.
