Rwandan President, President Paul Kagame, is set to address a top-level African security forum to be held next month in Addis Ababa.
Mr Kagame will be addressing the forum on Africa development using Rwanda as a case study.
Rwanda has been recorded to be growing in leaps and bounds lately with Mr Kagame taking the charge over the nation which plans to become the next African tech hub in years to come.

Organizers of the forum revealed plans for the forum last Friday, as it will hold from 16-17 April, 2016, under the theme “Africa in the Global Security Agenda.
The fifth Tana High-Level Forum on Security in Africa will be held in the northern Bahir-Dar city of Amhara, Regional State, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Dignitaries that are expected to be at the event are the former Nigerian President and chairperson of Tana Board, Olusegun Obasanjo, the Chairman of the Kofi Annan Foundation and former United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan, who will also be a keynote speaker at the forum.
The Tana High-Level Forum is an annual meeting which brings together a wide spectrum of African leaders, heads of state and government; leaders of regional organizations; concerned civil society; the private sector; eminent scholars and practitioners; students, youth media and representatives of African and non-African multi-lateral bodies.
The continental forum intends for Africa to eventually control its own security destiny by crafting home-grown solutions and avoid externally designed solutions particularly those driven from neo-realist assumptions.
